Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Grow 360 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Grow 360 provides an email and SMS marketing automation platform. Features include campaign management, contact segmentation, automation workflows, analytics, and integrations with third-party e-commerce platforms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws (including GDPR and Romanian e-Commerce law), and obtaining proper consent from contacts before sending them marketing communications.

You may not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Netopia. Prices are in RON (lei) and include applicable VAT. Refund policy: [REPLACE with actual policy].

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Grow 360 SRL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours; you grant us a licence to host and transmit it solely to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grow 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, your access to the Service will cease and you may request export of your data within 30 days via Data Export Request.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [city], Romania.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
